Liners in Polypropylene, PVDF and Polyethylene

Protective concrete liner is an extrusion manufactured system in polypropylene, HDPE or PVDF available in various thickness. Due to it's unique anchoring system it is the long term solution to many containment problems.
 
* Two layer sheet available with signal and reflexion layer to indicate mechanical damage if the white signal layer is visible.
* Strong anchoring of the studs in horizontal and longitudinal direction due to the diagonal order of the studs.
* No welding (weak point) between sheet and stud as the studs are produced during the extrusion process. Therefore, shear forces which exceed 1800 N / stud in horizontal and longitudinal directions are reached.
* The extremely high pullout resistance is 42 t / sqm due to the high number of studs (420 studs / sqm) and the specially designed profile.
