GLASS REINFORCED PLASTIC- GRP
GRP
STRUCTURAL STRENGTH
Glass fibre reinforced plastic is a composite of a resilient durable resin with an immensely strong fibrous glass. GRP is unique amongst materials in that the fabricator actually makes the material. Whether making chemical tanks, pipes, silos or mouldings he is not merely assembling pre-existing components but making structural material in situ.

CORROSION RESISTANT
GRP's excellent corrosion resistance at low and high temperature coupled with high tensile strength, low weight, ease of maintenance and competitive cost make it a superior material to stainless steel in many applications. GRP is resistant to most acids, alkalis and hydrocarbons making it the ideal material for lining concrete tanks and bunds, pits and steel vessels.
